IntouchCX won Gold for Best Employee Engagement Strategy at the Customer Experience Interaction Awards on May 11 in Cartagena, Colombia. We were recognized for the success of recruitment, onboarding, learning and 

development, employee engagement, and health and well-being programs during our first three and a half years of operation.

Our initiatives have contributed to a low attrition rate and a high retention rate of employees, compared to other BPOs, including:
