IntouchCX Joins National Team as a FFG Strategic Partner for September 4 Match Against El Salvador

Guatemala City, Guatemala – September 3, 2025 – IntouchCX, a global leader in customer experience management and digital solutions, announced its partnership with the Guatemalan Football Federation (FFG), for the September 4 match against El Salvador National Team.

This agreement marks a historical milestone in the industry, as IntouchCX becomes the first BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company to partner with the FFG on a match, on its journey toward the FIFA World Cup 2026. Through this initiative, the company strengthens its presence in the country, reaffirming its commitment to the development of Guatemala and the nurturing of young talent, both on and off the field.
