ATHENS, GREECE – NOVEMBER 22, 2022 – IntouchCX, a global leader in contact center and technology solutions, won the gold award for Best New Contact Centre at the 2022 European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards.
The Company’s win was announced at the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards Evening, which took place on November 22 in London, England.

IntouchCX announced its expansion into Europe with the introduction of the Athens campus in January 2020. After the COVID-19 pandemic delayed the opening, the Company pivoted to launch in Athens in a 100% work from home environment. All team members were trained virtually. The new client programs that were implemented exceeded their measurables within two months, demonstrating the Company’s ability to deliver exceptional results and customer experience under any conditions.
