IntouchCX Wins Gold For Best Employee Engagement Strategy At The 2023 Customer Experience Interaction Awards
BOGOTA, COLOMBIA – MAY 15, 2023 – IntouchCX has won Gold for Best Employee Engagement Strategy at the Customer Experience Interaction Awards on May 11 in Cartagena, Colombia.
The Best Employee Engagement Strategy award recognizes the success of recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, and health and well-being programs during the contact center’s first three and a half years of operation.

IntouchCX began operations in Colombia in 2019 and currently employs over 2,500 people, 98 percent of whom work from home. The Colombia team built a conceptual engagement framework called Employee Experience With Scale & Soul that encompasses a World of Perks and Benefits that are constantly evolving to meet the needs of employees.

Additional highlights include the development of a Stay Safe program that has since been adopted by other countries in the region and the formation of support groups to facilitate the employees’ engagement, development, and well-being. These initiatives have contributed to a low attrition rate, compared with other BPOs, and a high retention rate of employees.
