Environmental Achievements

Safeguarding natural resources, fostering environmental stewardship, and adopting sustainable business practices are top of mind at IntouchCX. Conscious efforts such as efficient energy consumption, mindful material use, and recycling are critical in paving the way for a greener and more sustainable future. Our goal is to make a positive impact within the company, and contribute to the preservation of the planet for generations to come. In 2023, the successful implementation of a number of green initiatives created a year of positive environmental impact. 

Green Initiatives Achieved in 2023

• 1750 metric tonnes of carbon emissions were saved
• Hired an Environmental Manager
• Invested in a recycling program in Jamaica campuses
• LEED certification achieved at Hyderabad campus
• Implemented waste management systems in Honduras and Hyderabad
• Continued employee initiatives such as bike to work, planting trees, and community cleanups

These highlights are part of broader efforts across all IntouchCX campuses globally.  

A Snapshot of Our Global Impact

Although a few of our campus initiatives stood out in 2023, each of our 24 campuses around the globe champion their own distinct green initiatives aimed at making a difference in their respective environments. Teams in Montego Bay, Jamaica, and Cebu, Philippines participated in coastal cleanup initiatives on beaches and surrounding areas. In Jamaica, the campus worked together for Earth Day, collecting over 50 garbage bags of trash. This was an invaluable contribution to their recycling program, adding 220lbs of plastic saved from ocean pollution. Team members in the Philippines were equally enthusiastic in their efforts to clean up the coastline, creating a positive impact on the surrounding environment and community. In Winnipeg, volunteers went to the Assiniboine Conservatory, collecting and disposing of garbage within the vicinity.
