IntouchCX Team
TrustCon is the premier global conference for Trust and Safety professionals, bringing together leaders from technology, online platforms, public policy, academia, and operations to tackle the issues shaping the future of digital safety.
Hosted by the Trust & Safety Association (TSPA) in San Francisco, the event welcomes more than 1,300 attendees and over 250 speakers. Through keynotes, panel discussions, workshops, and networking sessions, participants explore how organizations are responding to AI governance, content moderation, evolving regulations, and emerging threats across digital platforms
IntouchCX is looking forward to joining these discussions and sharing perspectives on where trust and safety operations are headed next.
TrustCon: The Meeting Place for Trust & Safety
Today’s Trust & Safety challenges have outpaced old traditional, reactive approaches. As AI-generated content, sophisticated fraud, and evolving regulations reshape the digital landscape, organizations are being challenged to protect users while maintaining seamless online experiences. Success increasingly depends on bringing together technology, human expertise, and operational strategies that can adapt as new risks emerge.
That is what makes TrustCon such an important event. It brings together the people who build the tools, shape the policies, and lead the operations behind Trust & Safety. Rather than focusing on a single challenge, the conversations span the issues that will define the future of digital platforms, from AI governance and content moderation to fraud prevention, identity, and user protection.
For brands across the industry, TrustCon is an opportunity to exchange ideas, learn from real-world experiences, and better understand how Trust & Safety continues to evolve alongside technology.
Which Conversations Are Shaping the Future of Trust and Safety?
AI is reshaping nearly every aspect of trust and safety operations. Automated detection systems can identify harmful content faster than ever, but speed alone does not solve the problem. Talks about transparency, consistent policy enforcement, and experienced human oversight are indispensable for the future of the Trust and Safety field.
This year’s agenda expands the conversation well beyond AI moderation. Sessions are expected to examine model safety, how organizations can govern increasingly capable AI systems, fraud prevention, and investigations that help identify coordinated abuse and emerging threats. Discussions around platform policy and regulation are expected, as companies adapt to evolving legal requirements and public expectations. The program also explores offline harm and child safety, underscoring the growing responsibility platforms have to address risks that extend beyond the digital world.
Complementing these discussions are sessions on workforce wellbeing and cross-functional collaboration, recognizing that effective trust and safety depends as much on skilled teams and strong operational alignment as it does on technology.
For organizations managing digital platforms at scale, trust and safety is now an enterprise capability. The conversations at TrustCon 2026 will help define how leaders balance AI, human expertise, and governance to meet the next generation of digital challenges.
Where IntouchCX Fits Into the Conversation
Trust & Safety is about more than responding to harmful content or emerging threats. Part of our goal is to help brands build safer digital experiences that protect users with a range of solutions that go from fraud prevention to risk management.
For this 2026 edition, WebPurify, IntouchCX’s Trust & Safety arm, will help shape those conversations during Birds of a Feather, a space to gather Trust & Safety professionals to exchange insights and explore the challenges shaping the industry. The session will take place on Tuesday, July 21, from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM PDT.
In addition, Ailis Daly, member of the Trust and Safety Professional Association and Head of Trust & Safety at WebPurify, an IntouchCX company, will host the panel “The Evolution of the Creator Economy: Lessons Learned Early & What The Industry Needs Next”. The exchange talks on how industry leaders explored platforms operating in high-risk creator environments and how they developed Trust & Safety capabilities long before becoming mainstream priorities.
The lessons learned within the creator economy are increasingly influencing how organizations across industries think about user trust, safety, and platform resilience.
These conversations reflect a broader shift, Trust & Safety is no longer a compliance function bolted onto operations. It’s becoming a core capability that shapes how platforms scale, retain users, and manage risk. Through WebPurify, IntouchCX brings content moderation, fraud detection, and platform integrity solutions built for that shift, combining AI-driven detection with the human expertise needed to apply it responsibly.
If your organization is rethinking how Trust & Safety fits into the broader business strategy, TrustCon is where that conversation starts.
We’d love to connect with you at TrustCon in San Francisco on July 20, 2026.
