IntouchCX Wins Five Gold Awards at the 2024 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards

Hyderabad, India, April 18, 2024 – IntouchCX, a global leader in customer experience management, digital engagement, and technology solutions, has won nine awards, including five Gold, at the 2024 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards.

The Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards recognize innovation in the workplace in all 29 markets of the Asia-Pacific region. IntouchCX was awarded Gold in: 

  • Innovative Achievement in International Expansion
  • Most Innovative Contact Center of the Year
  • Most Innovative Customer Service Executive of the Year (Dishant Bhojwani)
  • Innovative Management in Business Product & Service Industries
  • Most Innovative Customer Service Department/Team of the Year.

Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Award winners were determined by the average scores of more than 100 executives around the world acting as judges in February and March. 

IntouchCX has bolstered its footprint across the Asia-Pacific area, incorporating a Centre of Excellence (COE) in Bangalore and adding a second site certified as LEED Platinum in Hyderabad, India. In the last year, the Company opened a new campus in Clark to increase its presence in the Philippines, and established a new location in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, serving as a pan-Asian hub.
